Excellent service! My furnace failed to function properly this morning. I placed a call at 8:15 am and Austin and Larry were here by 11:30 am to service it. The issue was resolved in no time. Turns out that a mouse had made its way into the vent pipe and got stuck in the motor. They got that critter out of the motor, reinstalled it and the unit functioned properly!
